With a background in Business and Economics from the University of Kassel, focusing on International Management and Marketing, she brings deep expertise in global business strategies and customer engagement practices.
As a native German speaker fluent in English and with working knowledge of Dutch, Silvana bridges cultural and linguistic gaps, enhancing client experiences and facilitating seamless communication.
