International Accountmanager

This is what you will be doing

As an account manager in our company you are a real deal closer. Every day, our new business team presents our research concept to dozens of CFOs and Investment Managers. Our systems tell you exactly which of them read our research. It is then your job to convert these trial customers into paying customers. So no cold calling, but you do have to be smart in your approach. Our prospects are generally notoriously reticent and not keen on paying for research, as they can obtain an awful lot free of charge. They are aware of the disadvantages, though: non-independent research, too short term, etc. You just dare to confront the prospect with these drawbacks and, at the same time, subtly and convincingly present ECR as a far better alternative. Naturally, the quality of our research and the impressive list of references is a big help.

This is what we ask of you

  • A higher vocational education qualification, in commercial economics or international marketing, for example
  • The drive to achieve sales results and, preferably, experience of B2B telephone sales
  • An interest in financial markets and international business
  • Excellent communication skills in both the Dutch and English languages
  • An enthusiastic, positive attitude
  • A stable, solid personality
